What kind of cars are in the offer?
In the auction, you will find cars of all makes and models offered by private owners from all over the Czech Republic. We will check the car's details provided by the seller through our online platform and if everything is correct, put the car into the auction. Additionally, for every car in the auction you will see a full history and condition check from Cebia for free. Carvago s.r.o. acts as an intermediary between you and the seller guaranteeing a trouble-free transaction for both parties.
How can I join the auction?
The auction is open to registered dealers, dealers and traders of new and used cars. To register, just fill in the basic details of your company in this form. You will usually receive a registration confirmation within 48 hours, allowing you to access our auction portal and join the ongoing auctions immediately.
When do the auctions start?
We launch new auctions every week on Thursdays. We inform registered users about upcoming auctions via e-mail the day before.
How long does the auction last?
The auction usually takes three working days to complete. Auction start and end dates are listed in the car details. The seller has 48 hours after the auction closing to decide whether to accept the highest bid.
Where can I find the auction results?
The auction winner (the bidder submitting the highest final bid) will be contacted by e-mail after the auction closure. Results of auctions in which you actively participate can also be found by logging into your profile in the My Auctions section.
How is the car condition checked?
Before paying the purchase price, we will arrange our certified CarAudit inspection thoroughly checking the car condition against the seller's description. Everything is documented in detail, including photos and a test drive. The inspection report is subsequently sent to the buyer. If the car condition doesn't match the description, the buyer may withdraw from the transaction or offer a lower price reflecting the actual car condition.
How is the car transport arranged?
You can conveniently pick up the purchased cars at our headquarters in Prague. If you prefer to pick up the car at our logistics centre in Kutná Hora or have it delivered directly to your address, we will be happy to arrange this service for a fee.
How much do I pay for the auction?
Registration and use of the auction portal are free. Upon successful completion of the transaction, a flat auction fee of CZK 6,500 will be added to the car purchase price.
